Director of Operations

The International Mayan League is seeking a Director of Operations in the Washington, D.C. Metro region. This is a new, exempt position within our organization that will maximize our effectiveness by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a U.S and international remote team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operational systems evaluation, human resources; is enthusiastic, self-motivated, a problem solver and committed to equality, justice, human rights, and Indigenous Peoples. Grants Research Intern

The International Mayan League is seeking a Grants Research Intern to assist in prospecting and researching funding opportunities. This part-time, remote position involves utilizing various resources to identify grants aligned with The Mayan League’s mission. Ideal candidates possess strong research and communication skills, and preferably have non-profit experience. This position offers valuable learning and networking opportunities, and the chance to contribute to impactful work supporting Maya and Indigenous Peoples.
